We offer the following payment methods:

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express.

PAYPAL
Select PAYPAL payment method and click on 'Confirm Payment'. From this point, you will be addressed to PayPal’s site to finish the transaction.

You can get a Gift Card with credit / debit card payment or through the PayPal´s payment method. You will automatically receive an email with a code to either apply the Gift Card in your account or to be given away to family member or friend.

When applying the Gift Card method, the amount will be added to your gift vouchers balance and it will be automatically applied to your next order. In case you do not want to use your gift vouchers you have the option to unselect the checkbox corresponding during the purchase.

You can see the updated status of your order in 'My Orders' section in your account at www.october.es. If you are not registered, click on the 'Order Information' link in the confirmation email sent to you.

Please note, when your order is shipped from our warehouse a confirmation email will be sent to you.

In case the estimated delivery time has overdue and you have still not received your order you can check the updated status of your order in 'My Orders' section in your account at www.october.es. If you are not registered, click on the 'Orders' section and enter your email and order number.

You can also go to the Shipping Company website es.asmred.com and enter the tracking number or you can call to our Customer Service (Tel. (+34) 910753157 - (+34) 961287246))

Please be aware that the estimated delivery date may vary in sales and specials promotions period.

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order or a faulty item, you can apply for either an exchange or return.

Please be aware that both returns and exchanges at www.october.es of any Item are free of charge. For further information, consult 'Exchanges and returns' section at Returns & Exchanges

If you have not received all the items of your order please check your email. In case you have not received any notification, please contact our 'Customer Service' and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can edit your password, address, phone number or payment method at any time at 'My Account' section.

You can cancel your account in 'My Account' > Cancellation section at www.october.es.

If you would like to make an exchange or return go to 'My Account' > 'Exchanges and Returns' section and complete the required information to manage it.
